Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do with Valia Solutions. It exists to keep the platform safe, lawful, and reliable for legitimate business automation. Breaching it may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund, and reporting to authorities where required.
1. Prohibited uses
You must not use Valia to build or run automations that:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging — email, SMS, calls, or DMs without proper consent, or that violate anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy).
- Scrape or access data in violation of a service's terms, bypass access controls, rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or bot-detection.
- Perform credential stuffing, account takeover, or unauthorized access to any system or account.
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or deception, including fake accounts, fake engagement, or impersonation.
- Manipulate markets or prices, including coordinated trading, scalping, or inventory-hoarding bots where prohibited.
- Distribute malware or interfere with the security or integrity of any network or service.
- Process or distribute illegal content, or content that is harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
- Are otherwise unlawful in the jurisdictions where you or the people your workflows affect are located.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or reverse-engineer platform safeguards, rate limits, or run allowances.
- Reselling or redistributing raw platform access in a way that circumvents these terms.
- Using automated means to overload or disrupt the service.
- Sharing your account credentials or enabling prohibited use by others.
3. Sensitive actions & approvals
For actions with real-world consequences — sending messages, making payments, posting publicly — you are responsible for configuring appropriate human approval and reviewing outcomes. Automating such actions at scale without consent or oversight may violate this policy and the law.
4. Enforcement
We may review workflows for compliance, throttle or block abusive activity, remove violating automations, and suspend or terminate accounts. We cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
5. Reporting misuse
If you believe an automation or account violates this policy, report it to support@valiasolutions.com. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the workflows you build, the data they process, the services they connect to, and compliance with the laws that apply to you and the people your automations affect.
